"What are the delivery charges for orders from The Gifted Bee?"

There are a number of options for delivery which will depend on the weight of your item, along with how quickly you wish to receive it.

"Which payment methods are accepted in The Gifted Bee?"

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.

"How long will delivery take?"

We endeavour to create and dispatch your order between 1-2 weeks but we will keep you updated via email as to the progress of your order.  A dispatch email will be sent once your order has left us. 

We will use standard first class postage in most cases but dependant on the size of your order we may choose to use another form of postage, which we will communicate to you either by phone or email.

"How secure is shopping in The Gifted Bee? Is my data protected?"

We use bank level security to store your personal and financial details securely in our UK based data server.

"What exactly happens after ordering?"

We will begin to process your order, once payment has been made and we will make it according to your specifications.  We may contact you by telephone or email to confirm or clarify the details of your order.  Please contact us straight away if you have noticed any errors in spelling or you want to make any amendments, to ensure that we can create your order correctly.
